Creative Director, Entertainment Designer, Producer, Choreographer, Photographer, CEO - Glen D'Mello dons many hats. He has over 35 years of global experience in conceptualizing, designing, producing, and executing live entertainment projects including dance shows, live music concerts, theatrical productions, performances at award shows, global sports events, product launches, feature films and television.
As CEO of The SHIAMAK Group, Glen has spearheaded the growth of the organization across India, Canada, Australia, USA, UK and UAE creating the world's largest dance academy with a global network of over a million students over the past three and half decades.
Glen was an integral part of the creative team for Dil Toh Pagal Hai (1997) which Shiamak choreographed and won almost every award for, and several other projects including Closing Ceremony of Commonwealth Games Melbourne (2006), I BELIEVE (2007, 2008), Unforgettable Tour (USA, Canada, UK, Trinidad & Tobago, 2008), IIFA Toronto (2011).
Glen choreographed and designed the biggest and longest running Bollywood musical theatrical Zangoora - The Gypsy Prince at the Kingdom of Dreams, Gurgaon, India (2008 to 2022) and Jaan-E-Jigar for Bollywood Parks, Dubai (2016).
Glen’s brainchild Vancouver Celebrates Dance brings together hundreds of dancers from dance studios across the Lower Mainland to celebrate International Dance Day with the community at the Vancouver Art Gallery, North Plaza each year since 2019.
He is also the Creative Director for Namaste Canada, an event presented by the Consulate General of India in Vancouver. In 2024, the event presented 439 performers from 30 Indian Cultural Groups to celebrate India's diverse music, dance, arts and culture.
Glen has played a key role in live entertainment projects in over 70 cities in 19 countries.
Archit Kaushik comes with over 15 years of experience across various domains such as Marketing, Advertising, Theatre, Events, and Stage Management. He has expertise in conceptualizing, organizing, and executing impactful events and campaigns that leave a lasting imprint across diverse industries.
Archit has spearheaded numerous corporate and cultural events, including the successful launches of Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Vivo Mobile, and Oppo Mobile, as well as marquee events like MTV’s Colors of Youth (Season 4) and Zee TV’s Maharakshak Aryan. His exceptional marketing acumen shines through in data-driven campaigns, innovative strategies, and engaging TV advertisements, all meticulously crafted to captivate audiences and drive results.
In the realm of theatre, Archit is celebrated for managing over 1,000 live productions as a Stage Manager and show caller. His notable contributions include renowned productions at the Kingdom of Dreams in Gurgaon, India, such as Zangoora: The Gypsy Prince, Jhumroo, and Wizits.
Archit’s expertise extends seamlessly into event management, where he has delivered large-scale conferences, exhibitions, product launches, concerts, and private events.
Archit is also Project Head for Namaste Canada, an annual cultural initiative by the Consulate General of India in Vancouver. This flagship event celebrates the richness of Indian culture through dance, music, poetry, and visual arts, fostering meaningful cross-cultural connections in Canada.
Archit has successfully organized a wide array of events across the Lower Mainland and other cities for the Consulate and various clients. His expertise spans across business events, seminars, corporate gatherings, cultural celebrations, and more, consistently delivering impactful and memorable experiences.
He has managed over 1,000 live theatre productions, orchestrated more than 500 corporate and social events, and executed numerous impactful campaigns.
